Information Facilities Technician I $27.35-$31.73
Information Facilities Technician II $30.50-$35.55

- Provide exceptional technical support by troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and system issues while serving as a trusted resource for employees across the organization.
- Manage and support critical technology systems including user accounts, Active Directory, VoIP phones, clinical applications, and other healthcare technologies to ensure secure and reliable operations.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment including computers, mobile devices, printers, audiovisual equipment, and other technology to keep clinics running efficiently.
- Partner with teams across multiple clinic locations to deliver training, support information security initiatives, coordinate with vendors, and help drive innovative technology solutions that enhance patient care and staff productivity.
- AA degree or 2 years of experience preferably in healthcare.
- Knowledge of Windows Server 2016 - 2022, Windows 7, 10, and 11 Microsoft Office Solutions and Active Directory, Apple iOS.
- Experience with maintaining VOIP phone system preferred.
- Knowledge of computer maintenance, software support, network design, cabling, database management, technical writing documentation, HIPAA security requirements, hardware selections and installation.
