Network Security Engineer

We are hiring a Network & Security Engineer for a financial organization located in central Israel.

Responsibilities:

• Work with network infrastructure and Information Security equipment
• Operate, monitor, and maintain network infrastructure
• Troubleshoot complex network and security issues
• Implement and deploy communication projects
• Work with monitoring and control systems and collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the organization

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in Data Communications and the TCP/IP protocol
• 3 years of experience working with Check Point Information Security systems, including Firewalls, Blades, and Security Applications
• Experience working with Cisco and Arista networking equipment, including traffic analysis using Wireshark
• CCNA or CCNP certification and experience working with monitoring tools such as PRTG, MRTG, Cacti, or Tivoli
• Knowledge of scripting in Python and familiarity with dynamic routing protocols OSPF, BGP, and EIGRP – advantage
