About this role

You'll be the first line of IT support across Red Steel's client portfolio. You're on-site at client offices, you resolve the day-to-day, and you keep things running. This is not a call centre role — you're embedded with the client, you know their environment, and you take ownership of issues from start to finish.

What you do

• Day-to-day support across M365, Teams, Outlook, laptops, printers, and peripherals

• User onboarding and offboarding — accounts, licensing, device setup

• Entra ID / Active Directory: user creation, group management, credential resets

• On-site visits to client offices 1–2 days per week

• Ticket logging and documentation — everything gets written down

• Vendor coordination for warranties, repairs, and hardware procurement

• Supporting senior engineers on network, server, and infrastructure tasks when needed

What we look for

• 1–3 years in IT support or helpdesk

• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 — Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive

• Basic Entra ID or Active Directory experience

• You communicate clearly with non-technical users and you follow through

• Saudi-based or willing to relocate to Riyadh
