Network Field Engineer

About the Company

We are seeking a Field Service / IT Support Technician to perform onsite RFID tag replacement activities.

Responsibilities

• Remove existing RFID tags from designated assets/equipment.
• Install and secure new RFID tags according to client instructions.
• Verify proper placement and functionality of installed RFID tags.
• Record and report asset details and completed work.
• Take clear photographs before and after installation (if required).
• Follow site safety procedures and client guidelines.
• Coordinate with the remote project team and report task completion.

Required Skills

• Experience with RFID installation or asset tagging.
• Basic IT hardware handling and troubleshooting skills.
• Good attention to detail and documentation.
• Ability to work independently at customer sites.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.

It's a Dispatch-on-Demand role. Your responsibility is to arrive at the customer site on time and replace the RFID component as instructed. Once the replacement is completed and the work is confirmed, your assignment for that dispatch is finished.
