🕒 Monday – Friday | ~6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
(Start and end times may vary slightly based on project and business needs)
Work Location & Travel
📍 Field-based role – projects across Southern California
Work at a variety of sites across LA, Orange County, Inland Empire, and nearby areas. Travel is required based on project assignments.
Responsibilities (including But Not Limited To)
- Install, pull, terminate, and test Cat5e/Cat6 and fiber optic cabling
- Perform troubleshooting and certification testing
- Read and follow blueprints and project specs
- Maintain safe, clean job sites
- Support project completion alongside field teams
- Submit daily documentation
- 1+ year of low voltage cabling experience
- Hands-on experience with terminations, punch-downs, pulling, and testing
- Ability to read blueprints
- Strong communication and professionalism on job sites
- Reliable vehicle (must fit a 6’ ladder) + own tools
- Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and fingerprinting
- Physically able to lift 50 lbs and work in field conditions
- Fiber termination experience (2–3 years preferred)
- Experience using Fluke testers
- $25–$35/hour (DOE) + consistent full-time hours
