Job Responsibilities

  1. Process IT support tickets, troubleshoot issues remotely or on-site and complete documentation
  2. Conduct daily maintenance, routine inspection and troubleshooting for network security devices
  3. Communicate with international teams and clients in English, organize maintenance documents
  4. Troubleshoot basic network connectivity and access permission issues
  5. Summarize solutions and continuously improve ticket handling efficiency

Job Requirements

  1. Candidate with under 2 years of relevant working experience,fresh graduates are welcome
  2. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in computer science or networking
  3. Fluent in local language and proficient English for communication with overseas teams
  4. Basic knowledge of computer networks
  5. Understand principles of network security devices with relevant O&M experience
  6. Experience in connected vehicles is preferred
  7. Quick learner with good teamwork skills
  8. Fluent with Chinese or English,Polish is a plus.
