Key Responsibilities

• Monitor networks, servers, applications and IT services using monitoring tools.
• Identify, register and perform first-level troubleshooting of incidents and alerts.
• Escalate incidents to specialized teams when required and follow up until resolution.
• Execute routine operational checks and maintain technical documentation .
• Ensure compliance with incident, problem and change management processes.

What we expect from you

• Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN , and Windows & Linux environments.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and IT ticketing systems .
• Basic understanding of IT security best practices and log analysis .
• Strong analytical skills , attention to detail and good communication abilities.
• Degree or technical course in IT, Computer Engineering, Networks, Telecommunications or related areas ( CompTIA Network+, ITIL Foundation or CCNA are a plus).
• Some experience in Technical Support, Help Desk, IT Operations or similar roles (internships and academic projects are also valued).
• Fluency in English.
