We're looking for a Systems Administrator II to join a growing IT infrastructure team supporting enterprise systems across desktop, server, networking, cloud, and security environments. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys troubleshooting complex technical issues, supporting modern Microsoft technologies, and contributing to infrastructure projects in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support via phone, remote tools, ticketing systems, and in person.
- Deploy, image, configure, and troubleshoot Windows, macOS, printers, and Apple iOS devices.
- Administer Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 environments.
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
- Support Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, and SharePoint Online.
- Maintain Hyper-V, VMware, and ProxMox virtualization environments.
- Monitor and troubleshoot LAN/WAN infrastructure, wireless networks, and firewalls.
- Support Cisco and Ubiquiti networking equipment.
- Perform server maintenance, patching, and performance tuning.
- Manage endpoint security, vulnerability remediation, and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
- Maintain technical documentation and infrastructure standards.
- Assist with infrastructure upgrades, budgeting, procurement, and capacity planning.
- Participate in an on-call rotation and scheduled maintenance activities.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience supporting Windows Server environments, desktop support, and enterprise LAN/WAN infrastructure.
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Group Policy, Entra ID, and Intune.
- Experience administering Hyper-V, VMware, or ProxMox
- 3+ years of experience supporting Windows Server environments, desktop support, and enterprise LAN/WAN infrastructure.

- Knowledge of PowerShell scripting and automation.
- Experience supporting Cisco and Ubiquiti networking environments.
- Familiarity with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, NAT, and QoS.
- Experience with endpoint deployment tools including Windows Autopilot and Clonezilla.
- Working knowledge of Ubuntu/Linux administration.
- Experience with ITSM ticketing systems and asset management platforms.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
