Education & Experienc

  • esProvide deskside support to end users, resolving hardware and software issues that cannot be addressed remotel

  • s.Troubleshoot, image, and configure Dell hardware, ensuring all required software is installed and operationa
  • l.Respond promptly to user inquiries regarding software and hardware operations, focusing on efficient and permanent resolutio
  • n.Maintain accurate documentation of daily tasks, issues encountered, and solutions implemente
  • d.Collaborate with third-party vendors both in-person and virtually to resolve technical and non-technical questions or issue
  • s.Basic support and troubleshoot A/V equipment, including Logitech Tap system
