Network Engineer

Our client is looking for an experienced Network Engineer to support, maintain, and enhance their network infrastructure. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless network systems
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot outages, latency, and connectivity issues
• Install and support routers, switches, firewalls, and other network hardware
• Ensure network security, reliability, and scalability across the organization
• Collaborate with IT teams to support infrastructure upgrades and technology projects
• Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and standard operating procedures
• Provide technical support and recommendations for network optimization

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred
• Proven experience as a Network Engineer or in a similar infrastructure support role
• Strong knowledge of routing, switching, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and firewall management
• Experience with Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, or similar networking technologies
• Familiarity with network monitoring and diagnostic tools
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CompTIA Network+ are a plus
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
