NOC Engineer

Monitor network infrastructure, systems, and services 24×7 using network monitoring

tools.

• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve network faults and connectivity issues.
• Escalate complex incidents to senior engineers or relevant support teams as per

defined procedures.

• Perform first-level diagnosis of IP network problems and service outages.
• Track, update, and close trouble tickets within agreed service levels (SLAs).
• Monitor network performance, utilization, and availability to ensure optimal operation.
• Coordinate with field engineers, vendors, and customers during fault resolution

activities.

• Maintain accurate records of incidents, outages, and maintenance activities.
• Assist in implementing network changes, upgrades, and planned maintenance

activities.

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures, security policies, and quality

standards.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance network reliability and service

quality.
