The SME OT Network Architect ensures that all industrial systems maintain reliable, secure network connections with minimal communication delays, enabling efficient automation, timely decision-making, and continuous productivity. This role leads the development of technology roadmaps, evaluates emerging solutions, and drives architectural innovation in alignment with organizational goals and industry standards.

Key responsibilities include establishing and enforcing governance and standards for both physical and logical infrastructure—covering everything from hardware specifications, power systems, and network media to architecture diagrams, observability, and cybersecurity controls. The Architect oversees seamless project handovers to operations, ensuring complete documentation, formal training, clear support plans, and robust acceptance criteria. Additionally, the role fosters a culture of continuous improvement, monitoring performance and updating processes as needed.

Success in this position requires strong technical leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage complexity in dynamic industrial environments. The SME OT Network Architect plays a strategic role in securing operational excellence and future-proofing the organization’s industrial network infrastructure.

This person will travel to any facilities in Mexico.

Must be available to travel and hold a valid visa and passport
