Description

We are looking for a Networking and IoT Engineer to join our team in Mexico City, Mexico. In this role, you will work closely with internal teams and clients to provide technical expertise, resolve complex networking challenges, and support the integration of Teltonika Networks products into customer solutions.

Teltonika’s networking solutions business unit develops and manufactures industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment, primarily routers, switches, gateways, and modems. Our networking devices serve clients in the most complex areas of Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energ

In this role, you w

• ill:Attend pre-sales and post-sales in-person or remote communication with local market custom
• ers.Self-sufficiently resolve technical issues arising from customer's configuration, firmware/software, other sour
• ces.Act as a key link between Teltonika Networks R&D/HQ and customers, facilitating the resolution of complex technical challen
• ges.Work with Linux-based OS, industrial protocols, various networking services and protocols, and occasional 3rd-party peripher
• als.Conduct training sessions for employees and clients on our products and soluti

ons.
