YouTube Content Strategist | Long-Form & Growth About the Opportunity We are looking for a YouTube Content Strategist with proven experience in growing YouTube channels through long-form content strategies. This role will be responsible for designing the channel’s editorial strategy, developing high-impact content, and continuously optimizing performance through metrics analysis. We’re not just looking for a scriptwriter or channel manager. We want someone with strategic vision, analytical thinking, and creative judgment—someone capable of turning ideas into content that drives organic growth and business results. Responsibilities - Design the YouTube channel’s content strategy. - Research trends, audiences, and content opportunities. - Develop scripts for long-form videos, podcasts, and interviews. - Create titles, thumbnails, and packaging strategies aimed at improving CTR. - Analyze metrics such as CTR, retention, watch time, and channel performance to propose continuous improvements. - Collaborate with editors and designers by providing strategic feedback on storytelling and editing. - Lead editorial planning and contribute to the channel’s sustained growth. Requirements - Verifiable experience in YouTube channel strategy or growth. - Proficiency in storytelling, scriptwriting, and long-form content. - Solid knowledge of YouTube Analytics, CTR, retention, and watch time. - Experience developing titles, thumbnails, and packaging strategies. - Proficiency with tools such as YouTube Studio, vidIQ, TubeBuddy, Google Trends, and AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or Perplexity). - Advanced English (C1–C2). - Excellent writing skills in Spanish and the ability to work independently.
