System Installer Level 1

We are an established IT and Audio Video Services firm looking to hire an energetic, motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills to work with our team of seasoned installers.

Systems Installer Level 1 positions available

The position calls for a hard-working individual with varied skills ranging from low voltage cabling to light construction. Good communication and organizational skills are a must. Definite opportunity for growth within the company.

Technical expertise – May specialize in one type of system, such as security alarms or audio-visual equipment, but should be comfortable with installing and repairing a wide range of systems, requiring diverse technical knowledge.

Computer skills – Basic computer skills necessary to maintain and update customer information, repair logs, inventory, and similar records.

Physical endurance – This is sometimes a physically demanding job that requires standing for extended periods, climbing ladders, and occasionally working outside in extreme temperatures. Installers may also lift and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds.

Safety knowledge – there's always a risk when working with low voltage systems so installers must know what protective gear to use and how to work without putting themselves or others at risk.

Note: Clients require fingerprinting and background checks. Candidates will have to comply.
