IT Systems Administrator

We are seeking a motivated IT Systems Administrator (m/f/d) to join our team in Skopje.

This position offers the opportunity to work independently on-site while being an integral part of a globally distributed IT team based in Malta, Germany, and Canada. The ideal candidate will be proactive, technically skilled, and comfortable working autonomously with strong remote collaboration.

Your Job

• You are responsible for the installation, configuration, and operation of client systems.
• You ensure smooth operation of systems, network functions, and IT security protocols.
• You manage user administration tasks, including account creation, modification, deactivation, and access rights management.
• You provide technical support for IT solutions and products, perform hardware repairs, set up workstations, and configure routers and switches.
• You deliver 1st and 2nd level support for users, including issue troubleshooting and documentation within the system and infrastructure environment.
• You maintain and monitor network infrastructures (WAN/LAN) and multimedia equipment.
• You collaborate on global infrastructure projects and contribute to their successful implementation.

Your Profile

• You hold a bachelor's degree in a technology-related field or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• You have solid knowledge and hands-on experience with Windows client platforms, networking, troubleshooting, and IT support (hardware/desktop).
• You are familiar with Active Directory and software deployment processes.
• You area strong teamplayer with excellent communication skills in English.
• You demonstrate a keen interest in emerging technologies and thrive on technical challenges.

Nice to Have:

• You have experience with PowerShell scripting.
• You are proficient in working with Linux platforms and can write Linux Bash scripts.
• You are familiar with supporting Apple MacBook devices.
