Key Responsibilities

• Monitor security alerts, events and incidents using SIEM and monitoring tools.
• Perform first-level analysis and troubleshooting of cybersecurity incidents.
• Register, classify and document security incidents and vulnerabilities.
• Support incident response activities and escalate issues when required.
• Perform log analysis, security checks and follow up on remediation actions.
• Maintain technical documentation and ensure compliance with security processes and best practices.

What we expect from you

• Basic knowledge of Cybersecurity, Security Operations and Incident Response.
• Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, firewalls, routing and switching.
• Familiarity with Windows and Linux environments and endpoint security concepts.
• Knowledge of IAM, including Active Directory and Entra ID.
• Familiarity with cloud security concepts (Azure, AWS or Google Cloud).
• Basic understanding of Vulnerability Assessment, SIEM tools (Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, QRadar) and log analysis.
• Knowledge of cryptography, certificates and secure development concepts (OWASP Top 10).
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and communication abilities.
• Degree or technical course in Cybersecurity, IT, Networks, Computer Engineering or related areas.
• Experience in IT Support, SOC, Help Desk or IT Operations is valued.
• Fluency in English.
