🚨 We’re Hiring: IT Support Administrator / Network Support Specialist 🚨

📍 Location: Nicholasville / Lexington, KY 40356 – Onsite

🕘 Shift: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

We’re looking for a hands-on IT Support Administrator to support and maintain the day-to-day IT infrastructure of an onsite business environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of network support, Linux systems, hardware troubleshooting, server room support, and end-user IT support.

🔑 Must-Have Skills:

• Linux desktop/workstation support

• LAN & network troubleshooting

• TCP/IP, VLANs, DHCP & DNS

• WiFi / wireless network infrastructure

• Ethernet switches, routers & firewalls

• Structured network cabling / cabling infrastructure

• Desktop, laptop & peripheral troubleshooting

• Server room hardware, racks & UPS systems

🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing:

• Maintain LAN, WiFi, switches, routers, VLANs and network connectivity

• Support primarily Linux-based workstations and end users

• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, monitors and peripherals

• Maintain server room hardware, UPS systems and rack infrastructure

• Manage IT hardware inventory, deployments and asset lifecycle

• Support employee onboarding/offboarding and workstation setup

• Assist with badge access systems and IP security cameras

• Coordinate structured cabling, workstation moves and technology vendors

• Maintain network diagrams, inventories, SOPs and IT documentation

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of hands-on IT infrastructure, desktop support, network support or systems administration experience

• Strong experience with Linux + LAN/WiFi networking

• Knowledge of DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, VLANs and Ethernet switching

• Strong troubleshooting and end-user support skills

• Associate degree in IT/Computer Science/Networking preferred; equivalent experience considered

• CompTIA A+/Network+/Linux+ or CCNA is a plus
