Location: London – Full Time

Salary – Up to £50,000

We’re working with a growing London-based technology provider who are looking for a Level 2 Network Wireless Engineer to join their technical team.

This is a new role focused on supporting, troubleshooting and deploying wireless and network environments across commercial office, flexible workspace and multi-tenant building environments.

The business is looking for someone with strong practical Wi-Fi experience, ideally across Ruckus, Cisco Meraki and Ubiquiti / UniFi (Don’t need experience with all)

The Role

You will be responsible for:

• Supporting customer Wi-Fi and wired network environments

• Troubleshooting wireless faults, signal issues and connectivity problems

• Working across access points, SSIDs, VLANs and switching

• Supporting Ruckus, Meraki and Ubiquiti / UniFi environments

• Assisting with wireless deployments, upgrades and site changes

• Investigating coverage, roaming and performance issues

• Supporting routers, switches, firewalls, DHCP, DNS and TCP/IP

• Carrying out customer-site support across London

• Working closely with senior engineers on escalations and projects

• Producing clear technical notes, site reports and documentation

You should have experience with:

• Wi-Fi / wireless troubleshooting

• Access point support and deployment

• Ruckus, Meraki, Ubiquiti / UniFi or similar wireless vendors

• VLANs, switching, routing and connectivity troubleshooting

• Customer-facing technical support

• Site-based network support or installations

• Clear communication and strong documentation

Salary: Up to £50,000 basic

Working Pattern: 4 days in the office / on-site, 1 day remote
