You'll be hired into the IT-specialized client services division of a foreign-affiliated HR company.

・This is a position where you can hone your skills in the operation and maintenance phase! Depending on your skills, you may also be able to take charge of the construction phase!

・This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow in an environment where they can make use of their English in a global project!

・Work in the center of Osaka! No suit required! Remote work is available!

You'll be responsible for the operation and maintenance of a client's network environment at a major foreign-affiliated consulting firm.

Specifically:

・Operation and maintenance of large-scale network environment spanning multiple locations (construction phase depending on skills)

・Management and approval of issues, progress management, regular meetings, and various deliverables in network infrastructure construction and operation work

・Network-related projects such as site expansion, site downsizing, and site closure

・Construction of infrastructure environment for client projects moving into a new location (mainly requirement definition, configuration proposal, ticket submission, review, testing, corrective action, and overall coordination)

・Network-related project work for the deletion, etc., of infrastructure environments for client projects that are moving out of the facility

・Network-related work for operational management of project environments (including inquiries, change handling, fault handling, creation/updating of management documents, etc.)

・Preparation for security audits, corrective actions for issues pointed out, and implementation of processes/rules stipulated in ISMS/ISO27001/PMS certifications/internal regulations.

【MUST】

Working experience in network operation and maintenance

Daily conversational level English proficiency (text-based main when working with offshore, some online meetings are expected to use English)

Business level Japanese language skills (equivalent to N1 level)

【WANT】

Cisco vendor certifications such as CCNA and CCNP

Experience in the build phase
