As a Entry Network Operations Specialist, you become a part of our Global Shared Services in Gdansk. Here, you won’t find factory machines or farmers. Instead, you will join over 800 colleagues dedicated to supporting all of Arla with IT, HR, financial and procurement operations. How You Will Make An Impact
As a Entry Network Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in monitoring and maintaining our network infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include
- Monitoring network systems and ensuring their optimal performance.
- Troubleshooting and resolving network-related issues.
- Collaborate closely with the Network Operations department.
- Collaborating with other teams to implement network solutions.
- Assisting in the development and deployment of network-based applications.
- Providing support and guidance to other departments on network-related matters.
As part of the Operations Control Center team you will have a chance to experience and gain knowledge in IT fields like Cloud and ESXi, as you will also need to perform very basic troubleshooting in these fields, based on knowledge articles.
Work time is shift based, 24/7 (afternoon, weekend & night shifts rotated within the team)
What Will Make You Successful
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications and personal characteristics
- 1-2 years of experience working in the IT field
- Basic knowledge of Cisco network systems.
- Good problem solving skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Excellent ability to learn and articulate technical concepts.
- Ability to empathize with End-Users and convey confidence
- Strong documentation skills
- Cisco technologies experience/Certification
- Technical support experience
- ServiceNow experience
- ITIL Knowledge
- Work in an international environment with teams across different countries
