Your Contribution

• Manage network incident tickets using ServiceNow within the committed SLA.

• Implement Change requests such as Firewall Rules, VLAN Changes etc.

• Network Monitoring on network performance, network health or bandwidth utilisation.

• Manage Network Devices i.e. install, patch & backup network switches, access points, firewall.

• Create and manage HARDWARE VENDOR or WAN Provider support tickets.

• Troubleshoot Network Incidences and communicate with end user in implementing solutions.

• Travel Required for Project Implementation.

• Keeps up to date on technology supported by the network operations team and ensures familiarity with modern technologies that may be supported by the operations team in the future.

• Participate in on Call and shift Rotation.

• Document Network Changes using Word/VISIO etc.

Profile description:

Your Profile

• Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, routing, switching, wireless, DNS, DHCP).

• Knowledge in Cisco and HP Aruba products.

• Knowledge in one of the following key areas: WAN, LAN, Firewall, Wireless, Monitoring.

• Knowledge with Managing Local Area Networks.

• Hands-On experience in configuring network devices i.e. switch, firewall – hands on with HP Aruba is preferred.

• Familiarity with network hardware and software.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Good in documentation and use tools like Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Microsoft Visio.
