We're partnering with a well-established Swiss organisation to look for a Network & Security Expert. This is an opportunity to join a highly skilled infrastructure team responsible for designing, building, and evolving a large-scale, business-critical network environment. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining hands-on engineering with architecture, automation, and technical leadership.

What you'll do

• Design, implement, and optimise enterprise network and network security infrastructure.
• Act as the technical owner for Cisco ACI, load balancing, and data centre networking solutions.
• Lead infrastructure projects focused on scalability, resilience, and security.
• Drive network automation initiatives using tools such as Ansible, Git, or similar technologies.
• Produce technical designs, architecture documentation, and operational standards.

What you'll bring

• A degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong experience within Cisco enterprise or service provider environments.
• Proven expertise with Cisco ACI and modern data centre networking technologies.
• Experience with network security, load balancing, and highly available infrastructure.
• Knowledge of network automation using Ansible, Git, or comparable tools.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to advise technical and business stakeholders.
• Fluent German and good English.
