System And Network Manager

We are looking for a System & Network Manager to lead and continuously enhance the IT infrastructure of a large-scale corporate organization undergoing an extensive digital transformation journey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technologies or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in system and network operations, with people management experience
• Strong knowledge of server, virtualization, storage, backup, network and communication infrastructure management
• Hands-on experience with VMware, Docker and Kubernetes platforms and modern infrastructure technologies
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, Ansible) and infrastructure automation
• Strong understanding of Zero Trust Architecture, Network Segmentation and modern infrastructure security principles
• Knowledge of hybrid cloud environments, cloud governance and Cloud Cost Optimization (FinOps) practices
• Solid understanding of software license management
• Experience with cloud technologies, cybersecurity, IT risk management, budgeting and performance reporting is preferred
• Proven experience in IT strategy, infrastructure transformation and enterprise technology project
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving and process improvement skills
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication and team development capabilities
• Advanced English preferred

Responsibilities:

• Lead the operation and continuous improvement of the organization's system, network and communication infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security and performance
• Design, manage and continuously improve VMware, Docker and Kubernetes environments to support scalable and resilient business services
• Drive infrastructure automation initiatives using Terraform, Bicep and Ansible to improve operational efficiency, consistency and deployment speed
• Implement and continuously enhance infrastructure security based on Zero Trust Architecture and Network Segmentation principles
• Optimize cloud resource utilization by driving Cloud Cost Optimization (FinOps) practices while maintaining performance, scalability and business continuity
• Proactively identify infrastructure risks and implement sustainable solutions to ensure uninterrupted business operations
• Ensure the reliability and resilience of server, storage, virtualization, backup and network environments
• Manage strategic relationships with IT vendors, outsourcing partners and software licensing providers
• Evaluate emerging technologies and drive the adoption of innovative infrastructure solutions aligned with business needs
• Own budget planning, capacity management, cost optimization and performance reporting for the infrastructure function
• Lead, coach and develop the infrastructure team while driving a high-performance culture
• Collaborate closely with business and technology stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure and efficient infrastructure services
