Desktop Support Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Deskside Support with 3–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure support. The role involves handling basic networking, data center operations, monitoring tools, hardware troubleshooting, and ITSM tools. You will act as the on-site support partner, assisting internal teams, customers, and vendors in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. This is a hands-on role that requires both technical knowledge and the ability to communicate effectively with remote teams.
