Summary

The Network Engineer will be responsible for supporting and maintaining enterprise network infrastructure with a focus on Cisco routing, switching, and connectivity solutions. This role will ensure reliable network performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and support infrastructure improvements across LAN/WAN and hybrid cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, and enterprise network infrastructure.
• Support LAN/WAN connectivity, routing protocols, VLANs, VPNs, and network performance optimization.
• Monitor network availability, resolve incidents, and perform root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and cloud teams on network upgrades and technology initiatives.
• Support Microsoft Azure networking, hybrid connectivity, and cloud integration efforts.
• Maintain network documentation, configurations, and operational standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise network environments.
• Strong experience with Cisco routing and switching technologies.
• Hands-on knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, subnetting, routing protocols, and VPNs.
• Experience troubleshooting complex network issues in LAN/WAN environments.
• Exposure to Microsoft Azure networking and hybrid cloud connectivity.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Cisco certifications such as CCNA or CCNP preferred.
