Network Analyst- Hyderabad

Work you'll do
As a Network Analyst on the T&I Networks team, you will be responsible for:
- Assist with the installation, configuration, maintenance, and operational support of network hardware, software, and connectivity services.
- Monitor network performance, respond to incidents and service requests, and troubleshoot network and firewall issues.
- Support network upgrades, patching activities, access control list updates, and firewall rule testing in alignment with established standards.
- Maintain network documentation, technical reports, standard operating procedures, and inventory information.
- Work with senior network engineers, internal stakeholders, and external teams on deployments, migrations, security measures, and day-to-day network operations.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM or as needed
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1-3 years of experience in network technologies.
- Experience with enterprise network operations, incident response, or network troubleshooting.
- Experience with one or more of the following: firewall administration, routing and switching, wireless networking, or software-defined wide area network platforms.
- Experience using network monitoring tools or maintaining network documentation.
- Entry-level certification such as CompTIA Network+ or Cisco Certified Network Associate.
- Experience with Check Point or Palo Alto firewalls.
- Experience with Cisco Meraki, Cisco switching, or Cisco wireless technologies.
- Experience with Cisco Software-Defined Wide Area Network, Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol, or Domain Name System platforms.
- Experience with F5 application delivery controllers or Infoblox Domain Name System.
- Experience supporting Windows or Linux server connectivity in a network environment.
