Network Analyst- Hyderabad

Position Summary

Deloitte’s Technology & Infrastructure organization is seeking a Network Analyst to support the deployment, maintenance, and operational stability of enterprise network services. This role will contribute to core network operations across a complex environment, supporting activities such as monitoring, troubleshooting, firewall administration, upgrades, and documentation. The ideal candidate will bring foundational network experience and the ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders to support business and infrastructure priorities.

Work you'll do

As a Network Analyst on the T&I Networks team, you will be responsible for:

• Assist with the installation, configuration, maintenance, and operational support of network hardware, software, and connectivity services.
• Monitor network performance, respond to incidents and service requests, and troubleshoot network and firewall issues.
• Support network upgrades, patching activities, access control list updates, and firewall rule testing in alignment with established standards.
• Maintain network documentation, technical reports, standard operating procedures, and inventory information.
• Work with senior network engineers, internal stakeholders, and external teams on deployments, migrations, security measures, and day-to-day network operations.

The T&I Networks team is part of Deloitte’s Technology & Infrastructure organization and supports core network services across the enterprise. The team manages key network capabilities including routing, switching, firewalls, wireless, load balancing, domain services, and infrastructure security. Team members work with internal technology teams and business stakeholders to help deliver reliable, secure, and scalable network operations.

Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM or as needed

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1-3 years of experience in network technologies.
• Experience with enterprise network operations, incident response, or network troubleshooting.
• Experience with one or more of the following: firewall administration, routing and switching, wireless networking, or software-defined wide area network platforms.
• Experience using network monitoring tools or maintaining network documentation.
• Entry-level certification such as CompTIA Network+ or Cisco Certified Network Associate.

• Experience with Check Point or Palo Alto firewalls.
• Experience with Cisco Meraki, Cisco switching, or Cisco wireless technologies.
• Experience with Cisco Software-Defined Wide Area Network, Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol, or Domain Name System platforms.
• Experience with F5 application delivery controllers or Infoblox Domain Name System.
• Experience supporting Windows or Linux server connectivity in a network environment.
