Role: Network Support Engineer

Location: Onsite at one of following locations – San Antonio, TX, Huntsville, AL, Georgetown, KY

Shift: M-F, 8am-5pm

Interview Process: 1/done virtual interview, setting up asap

Must Haves:

- 2-5 years supporting network environments

- 3+ years working with monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Grafana, Zabbix, PagerDuty, Site24x7, Nagios)

- LAN switching technology (ACI, VXLAN, Fabric Path, Spaning tree, etc.)

- Experience supporting Cisco-based environments (routers, firewalls, wireless, security, WAN/LAN/WLAN)

This individual will play a critical role in deploying and maintaining LAN infrastructure and cybersecurity solutions designed to deliver reliable, high-performance networking environments. The Network Technician will work closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders to implement scalable solutions that support evolving operational needs. This role involves hands-on network configuration, proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous optimization within a Cisco-centric environment. It offers strong exposure to enterprise-grade networking technologies and the opportunity to contribute to high-impact infrastructure projects.
