岗位职责

  • 负责公司的高性能计算网络和办公网络的运营管理，确保网络的高可用性
  • 确保各地数据中心的网络正常运行，快速诊断和解决与网络相关的事件
  • 监控网络状态与性能，识别网络运行中出现的潜在容量、性能等问题并加以解决
  • 跨多团队密切协作，了解他们的需求并提供符合需求的解决方案

任职要求

  • 三年以上网络运营经验
  • 熟悉主流网络协议，熟悉主流设备厂商产品架构
  • 熟悉常见数据中心网络架构，有一定的网络故障判断经验和解决能力
  • 理解标准化在运维工作中的意义，对撰写架构和技术文档富有热情
  • 了解芯片能力和转发流水线原理 优先
  • 有 RDMA、InfiniBand、云计算经验 优先
