• Location: QTSC Building, 3rd Floor, 1 Quang Trung, Software City, HCMC
• Working Time: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Troubleshoot production issues with guidance from experience teammate
• Develop, support and monitor performance/load test tools, determining cluster configurations for expected loads
• Analyze, resolve problems and complete detailed reports
• Manage AWS infrastructure; deploy and maintain resources using AWS Lambda, Ansible, and Terraform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
• Ensure the assigned tasks to be performed on-time and with high quality
• Working Hours: Rotating shifts on a weekly basis
• Morning shift: 06:00 AM – 04:00 PM
• Night shift: 02:30 PM – 12:00 AM (Includes 2 hours of night-shift allowance per company policy after 10:00 PM)

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Educational Background

• Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Information management system

Knowledge & Skills

• Basic understanding about Linux, networking, any scripting languages
• Good English verbal communication is a plus
• Good at analytical and problem-solving
• Proactive, well-organized, and responsible for work
• Self-investigate new knowledge
• Co-operative, careful, meticulous, and patient

Experience

• At least 1+ years of experience in an equivalent position.
• Write simple scripts using scripting languages
• Configure simple websites / web applications in Apache2 / Nginx
• Having knowledge of Ruby / Python / Bash is a plus
• Having knowledge about cloud computing is a plus

Nice to have

• AWS certifications (e.g. Cloud Practitioner, CloudOps Administrator – Associate) are a plus.
