Infra Tech Support Practitioner (all genders)

We are seeking a new talent to join the Information Technology Operations Team where you will have the opportunity to collaborate mainly in Accenture internal projects.

As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products, both remotely and onsite. Working on-site in the office Hamburg would be the expectation at least 3-4 days per week.

The Work:

Your role will involve supporting (internal) client hardware infrastructure, configured services running on various platforms while adhering to defined operating models and processes

You will provide end user hardware and software support, implementing technology at the operating system level across different infrastructure areas, and for specific software solutions, vendors and brands

This work includes basic and intermediate level troubleshooting. You are expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert

Participate and engage actively in team discussions and provide solutions to work-related problems

Here’s What You Need:

Relevant vocational training or study degree

Know-how in Incident Management Processes

Excellent proficiency in IT Infrastructure Operations and Infrastructure Automation including Microsoft 365 and Network Infrastructure

Personality who can actively communicate with clients and improve their satisfaction

Excellent proficiency in German and English
