Must-Have:

Wireless:

• Design, deploy, and manage Cisco Wireless LAN (WLAN) infrastructures across enterprise environments.
• Proven experience with Cisco Catalyst Wireless, Cisco AireOS, and Cisco Catalyst 9800 WLC platforms.
• Configure, maintain, and support Cisco Wireless Controllers (WLCs) and Access Points (APs).
• Perform RF planning, site surveys, capacity assessments, and wireless optimization activities.
• Troubleshoot wireless issues related to coverage, interference, authentication, roaming, and performance.
• Implement and maintain secure wireless network access controls and authentication frameworks.
• Collaborate with Network, Security, and Infrastructure teams to ensure seamless wireless connectivity.
• Monitor wireless network health and proactively address performance issues.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, standards, and operational procedures.
• Knowledge of Cisco Nexus Switches, Wireless, WAN technologies
• Good knowledge of Routing and Switching protocols

Good to have:

• Good knowledge of Firewalls

Key Responsibilities:

• Should be able to support 24*7 and ready to work in rotational shifts
• Design, deployment, and administration of large-scale Cisco WLAN environments.
• Implementation of wireless architectures for campus, branch, and enterprise networks.
• Integration with wired network infrastructure and security platforms.
• Involve in the other Network operations activity as well such as Campus LAN, DC LAN etc
• Handle the Patching and Lifecyle activities for Wireless and other Network hardware
