As we continue to expand our cloud and enterprise business globally, we are looking forr a Network Security Lab Manager to own and evolve the company’s network security lab environment, supporting QA, automation, and R&D teams. The role includes driving modern, AI-assisted lab operations to improve efficiency, scalability, and troubleshooting.

Reporting to: ASMS QA Group Lead

Location: Gurugram, India

What You’ll Do

• Maintain and enhance the firewall devices lab
• Configure and support LAN/WAN, routing, and network segments
• Install, configure, and manage multi-vendor firewalls (Checkpoint, Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, etc.)
• Drive AI-assisted workflows for troubleshooting, lab optimization, and knowledge management
• Build and maintain test setups for QA and automation teams
• Own the device certification process (install, upgrade, validation, documentation)
• Work closely with security vendors on new versions, updates, and certifications
• Lead onboarding and integration of new devices
• Maintain lab inventory and environment visibility
• Troubleshoot lab issues (environments, licenses, upgrades)
• Define lab needs (HW, FW, cloud) and track priorities
• Act as a technical focal point and consultant for internal teams
• Identify and implement opportunities for automation and intelligent lab management

Requirements:

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role (Lab Manager / Network Engineer / NOC)
• Hands-on System/Network Administration experience (Linux)
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, DNS, HTTP, SMTP
• Experience with network hardware: routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers
• Good understanding of Prompt Engineering principals
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Cursor) for troubleshooting, automation, or scripting – must
• Proven ability to effectively use/develop skills
• Experience with at least 2 firewall vendors
• Experience with virtualisation (VMware) – must
• Cloud experience (AWS/Azure) – must
• Scripting/automation mindset (Python/Bash) – advantage
• Experience in QA of network security products – advantage
• Strong troubleshooting skills, ownership, and ability to support multiple stakeholders
