Job Duties
- Provide first and second level technical support in response to incoming IT Service Desk tickets while providing excellent customer service.
- Troubleshoot and resolve end-user hardware, operating system, and software-related problems for both local and remote users.
- Ensure proper documentation of all Service Desk related activity in the Service Desk Ticketing System.
- Administer client, server, LAN, WAN, and WLAN hardware in use at Branch locations.
- Administer company application and technology services as assigned.
- Install and configure system and network equipment as needed.
- Make recommendations for future system and network upgrades at Branch locations.
- Coordinate with other IT department staff to assist with system and application implementations and upgrades.
- Coordinate with outside vendors to perform onsite cabling and infrastructure work.
- Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
- Experience in a Help Desk/Customer support role.
- Basic network troubleshooting.
- PC imagining/deployment.
- VolP Telephony.
- Experience supporting remote users.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
