IT Infrastructure Project Coordinator

What your future day will look like:

• Client Communication & Support: Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls, route inquiries effectively, and manage help desk tickets with accuracy and follow-through.
• Procurement & Asset Management: Handle quotes, orders, vendor coordination, and maintain organized records in ConnectWise and Asset Panda.
• Project & Documentation Support: Assist with reviewing Statements of Work, managing onboarding/offboarding tasks, and keeping project documentation up to date.
• Office & Operations Coordination: Oversee travel bookings, supply management, and SOP updates to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.

Type: Direct Hire

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• Experience in IT service coordination, preferably working in an MSP environment or for a large technical team in administration.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in ConnectWise, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and ticketing systems.
• Familiarity with MSP partner portals (e.g., 8x8, Sophos).
• Knowledge of asset management systems such as Asset Panda.
