Your responsibilities

  • Design/configuration/operation of Cloud&Heat’s network infrastructure (firewalls, switches, servers)
  • Ensuring data center operation and updating the solutions and products used
  • Support and further development of the server/network infrastructure, including security architecture and data backup
  • Collaboration in optimizing the system environment in the hardware and software environment
  • Collaboration in IT projects
  • Customer service/consulting for customer inquiries
  • 1st, 2nd, and 3rd level support

Your profile

  • Training and/or degree in computer science or comparable qualification
  • Comprehensive knowledge of operating systems (especially Linux-based systems)
  • Comprehensive knowledge of network technology (routing, firewall, VLAN, VPN)
  • Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Bash, and automation tools such as Ansible
  • Understanding of complex system structures
  • Communication and teamwork skills, reliability, and commitment
  • Knowledge in the field of SDN and current NOS is advantageous.
