TLC is a successful and long-established company in the field of ventilation and air conditioning technology, insulation and fire protection. Our aim is to ensure the highest quality and maximum efficiency for our customers. We specialize in the implementation of major projects and framework agreements throughout Germany and in other European countries.

Our team is looking for an IT System Administrator (m/f/d) to join our team at the Klipphausen site as soon as possible.

The position is to be filled full-time.

Responsibilities

Your tasks will be:

Management Of Our IT Infrastructure

• Administration and maintenance of servers, networks and IT infrastructure, system administration & maintenance
• Provision of IT equipment for employees
• Maintenance of IT documentation and continuous optimization of internal processes

Data Security & Cybersecurity

• Implementing, managing and monitoring IT security solutions
• Implementation of security guidelines and identification of vulnerabilities and their elimination

Authorization Management

• Management of user accounts and authorizations
• Implementation of entry, access and access rights
• Contact point for our user support in the ticket system

Future-oriented Further Development

• Monitoring and evaluating new IT technologies and their potential applications
• Further development of IT infrastructure projects in a team in order to continuously optimize our IT landscape

Qualifications

Your profile and our expectations:

a successfully completed apprenticeship in the IT sector, alternatively a comparable background of experience

Professional Expertise

• Sound knowledge in the administration of IT infrastructures (servers, hardware and software)
• Knowledge of Windows system administration, including Windows Server, Powershell, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPOs; Exchange; SQL
• Experience with cloud services Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra-ID
• Good network knowledge and cyber security experience (firewall, switch WAN, LAN, WLAN, routing, VPN, VLAN,)
• Experience with monitoring and security tools, patch management tools
• Extensive experience with virtualization technologies (e.g. VMware, Hyper-V) and storage systems

Personal Skills

• Structured, independent and autonomous way of working with a high sense of responsibility
• Solution-oriented and structured work, even in complex system landscapes
• Ability to work in a team, a strong understanding of service and initiative
• Very good German and good written and spoken English skills
