You'll work both:

In-house at our McMinnville office

What You'll Do

• Support business clients with technical issues and IT projects
• Travel to client locations to install, maintain, and troubleshoot technology systems
• Assist with network, server, workstation, and cloud administration
• Participate in cybersecurity initiatives and best-practice implementations
• Learn directly from experienced IT professionals and consultants
• Build relationships with clients while delivering exceptional service
• Gain exposure to multiple industries and technology environments

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Networking, or related field OR
• Up to 1 year of professional IT experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong desire to learn and grow professionally

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA, or other industry certifications
• Experience supporting Windows environments
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals
• Understanding of cybersecurity best practices
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and cloud technologies
