Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and support network infrastructure including switches, routers, firewalls, wireless access points, and related equipment.
- Install and maintain security camera systems, network video recorders (NVRs), and physical security devices.
- Mount and configure televisions, digital signage displays, and audio/visual equipment.
- Perform structured cabling installations including Cat5e, Cat6, fiber optics, and cable management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues in the field.
- Install, configure, and support desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Conduct site surveys to assess customer requirements and recommend solutions.
- Document installations, network diagrams, configurations, and service activities.
- Coordinate with project managers, vendors, and customers to ensure successful project completion.
- Provide technical training and support to end users as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, safety practices, and industry best practices.
- Participate in on-call support and emergency response activities when required.
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification.
- Experience with Cisco, Ubiquiti, Meraki, Fortinet, Aruba, or similar networking platforms.
- Experience with structured cabling certification and testing tools.
- Knowledge of access control and building security systems.
