Hiring: Smart Hands / Network Field Engineer (Onsite) 🚨

We are looking for an experienced Smart Hands / Network Field Engineer to support an upcoming Cisco Wireless LAN Controller (WLC) deployment. If you have strong hands-on experience with rack & stack, cabling, and network hardware installation, we'd like to hear from you.

🔧 Scope of Work

• Stage and prepare equipment before deployment.
• Install and rack Cisco 9800 Wireless LAN Controllers (WLCs).
• Perform power, network, and fiber cross-connects.
• Verify switch port availability and physical connectivity.
• Install SFP modules, fiber patch cords, and Ethernet cables.
• Support remote engineering teams during implementation and cutover.
• Validate physical installation and connectivity.
• Remove and package legacy WLC equipment (if applicable).
• Provide completion updates and site photos.

✅ Required Skills

• Smart Hands / Remote Hands experience
• Cisco WLC installation
• Rack & Stack
• Network cabling and fiber connectivity
• Basic network troubleshooting and connectivity verification

🧰 Required Tools

• Standard installation toolkit
• Laptop with PuTTY and TFTP Server installed
• USB-A to USB-B console cable
• Four (4) Ethernet/LAN cables
• One (1) crossover cable
• USB drive with the required IOS image
• Internet connectivity (Hotspot, Broadband, or Wi-Fi)
• 6-foot ladder

📋 Deliverables

• Successful installation of Cisco 9800 WLCs
• Physical connectivity verification
• Legacy equipment removed and prepared for shipment (if applicable)
• Completion report and site status update provided to the remote engineering team
