Role Summary
Responsible for the design, implementation, and support of enterprise voice and collaboration solutions, focusing Cisco CUCM, Audiocodes SBC (including OVOC), VoIP backbone, managed phones, and ATA devices. Ensures high availability, security, and optimal performance of unified communications services.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain Cisco CUCM voice solutions, including integration with Audiocodes SBCs and OVOC management. - Manage and support the VoIP backbone, ensuring seamless connectivity between on-premises and cloud telephony systems. - Provision, configure, and troubleshoot managed phones and ATA devices. - Monitor system health, conduct root cause analysis, and resolve incidents. - Collaborate with internal Teams and vendors. - maintain documentation and ensure compliance. - Mentor junior team members.
- Ability to attend clients Munich site / lab to test new devices, firmware etc.
Knowledge Skills & Attributes
- Proven experience Cisco CUCM, Audiocodes SBCs (Mediant series), and OVOC.
- Strong understanding of VoIP backbone architecture, SIP trunking, and PSTN integration.
- experience with managed phones and ATA devices.
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
Academic Qualifications & Certifications
- Cisco CCNP Collaboration (preferred) - Audiocodes Certified Professional (desirable)
Required Experience
- 3+ years in unified communications or voice engineering roles.
- experience with enterprise-scale deployments and troubleshooting.
Technical Expertise
- Cisco CUCM - Audiocodes SBCs & OVOC
- VoIP backbone - managed phones & ATA devices
- Scripting (PowerShell desirable)
