System Administrator

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!

The Role

• Administer and develop the IT infrastructure based on Windows 11 and Windows Server, including Active Directory.

• Provide first-level IT support, acting as a liaison for escalated support for users.

• Manage and ensure the smooth operation of the telephone system.

• Participate in the planning and execution of IT projects.

• Maintain and optimize the network environment and VMware infrastructure.

• Monitor system performance, availability, and security, and maintain IT documentation.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in IT or a comparable qualification.

• Minimum of two years of professional experience in IT system administration.

• Proficient administration of current Windows operating systems.

• Strong command of both spoken and written German and English.

• Familiarity with network technologies and cloud productivity suites is advantageous.

• Ability to work independently, with a structured approach and eagerness to learn.
