What You Will Receive:

As an associate, you will be immersed in a supportive learning environment that includes:

• Full-time, entry-level IT career (40/hrs week) at our public sector client
• Technical Training (80-100 hours): Receive focused, hands-on technical training relevant to current client needs and technologies. This training is designed to build upon your existing knowledge and equip you with practical skills for your role.
• Professional/Military Transition Development: Enhance your soft skills, communication, and business acumen through dedicated professional development sessions.
• Networking Opportunities: Connect with experienced IT professionals, mentors, and peers within the Project Patriot program and at client sites.
• Mentorship: Be paired with experienced mentors who will provide guidance, support, and insights as you navigate your early IT career.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in an IT related field; OR Associate Degree in IT related field + 2 YOE; OR 4 YOE
• Military service experience (Transitioning service member, National guard, Veteran, etc.)
• Eagerness to begin career in IT field
• Strong communication skills
• Life long learner
• Eager to work in public sector

Role Overview:

Associates support general IT initiatives for our diverse client base. You will work alongside experienced teams, gaining valuable real-world experience and applying your training in practical scenarios. This program is designed to help you build a strong foundation and grow your career within the IT field. Career paths could include: Data, Security, Software Engineering, Networking, IT Project Management, Business Analyst, Infrastructure, etc.
