Job Description
- Manage and support enterprise network infrastructure across routing, switching, WAN, firewall, load balancing, and network security platforms.
- Troubleshoot complex network incidents, perform root cause analysis, and work with technology vendors to resolve critical issues.
- Plan, implement, and validate infrastructure changes, upgrades, and life cycle activities while ensuring service stability and compliance.
- Maintain network documentation, operational standards, and security controls while supporting infrastructure and transformation projects.
- Experience supporting enterprise network environments with strong troubleshooting capabilities across routing, switching, and TCP/IP networking.
- Hands-on exposure to Cisco technologies, including routers, switches, VLANs, STP, OSPF, and BGP.
- Working knowledge of firewall administration, VPN technologies, ACLs, network security controls, and access management.
- Familiarity with platforms such as F5, Check Point, NAC, load balancing, or related enterprise networking technologies.
