Responsibilities
- Provide expert-level technical support for complex enterprise network environments
- Design, implement, and optimize network solutions across various industries
- Troubleshoot and resolve critical network issues, ensuring minimal downtime
- Lead high-priority network projects, including Tech-Refresh initiatives
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation and critical network escalations
- Perform network maintenance, including security configurations, patches, and upgrades
- Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability reviews on network infrastructure
- Monitor and analyze network performance, recommending improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Serve as the primary technical escalation point for complex network issues
- Provide detailed reports and presentations on network status and performance
- Extensive experience in enterprise-level network design, implementation, and troubleshooting
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on innovative network solutions
- Excellent communication abilities, adept at explaining technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality network support in demanding environments
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with emerging network technologies
- Degree in Computer Engineering or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in network engineering in medium to large organizations
- Expert knowledge of network technologies (routing, switching, firewalls, FTTH, SASE, SD-WAN)
- Proficiency in WLAN solutions, particularly Aruba and Aruba ClearPass
- Advanced certifications preferred (Cisco CCNP/CCIE, Huawei HCIP/HCIE,NCE, Aruba ACCP certifications)
- Hands-on experience with various firewall/security technologies
- Strong skills in configuring and optimizing network devices for efficiency and security
- Proven project management and troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent communication and customer interaction skills
- Adaptable team player capable of working independently
