We’re looking for a NOC Coordinator to become the vital link between building management, mall management, and e& — ensuring seamless network access and top-tier service delivery across Dubai’s most iconic locations.

🎯 What You’ll Do:

🔹 Act as the key point of contact between building/mall management and e& teams

🔹 Coordinate and resolve network operations and customer service issues

🔹 Conduct on-site visits to proactively identify and resolve operational concerns

🔹 Secure open NOC access for our Sales and Technical teams — enabling smooth entry across premises

🔹 Maintain accurate records of communications, incidents, and resolutions

🔹 Collaborate with technical teams to boost service quality and efficiency

✅ What You Bring:

🎓 Bachelor’s degree

💼 1+ year of experience in a similar role (preferred)

🗣️ Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

🧠 Strong problem-solving mindset

🚗 Valid UAE driving license (must-have)

🏢 Familiarity with mall & building management systems (a plus!)

💻 Proficiency in MS Office Suite

📌 Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking ability
