You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders—including facility management, service owners, change delivery, and IT leadership—building strong relationships and gaining a deep understanding of how our IT services are delivered and maintained.
#KeyResponsibilities
- Monitor and manage our Windows 11 Modern Managed platform and Azure Virtual Desktop(AVD) environment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows and Azure Virtual Desktop, including connectivity, performance, and user access problems.
- Perform regular updates and patches to ensure system integrity and security.
- Support Problem Management with deep-dive investigations using Nexthink data and analytics, to identify root causes.
- Develop and maintain documentation for the responsible environments, including configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- Follow and align with the organization's processes, governance framework and best practice.
- Support new customer requests through the creation of new processes and documentation and adapt to new feature capabilities. Also respond to customer requests for support.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to Modern Management and VDI technologies.

To qualify for the role, you must have:
- In depth knowledge of Microsoft Modern Endpoint Management.
- In depth knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems - Windows 11.
- Experience of deploying applications through SCCM and Intune.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell and VBScript.
- In depth understanding of automated workflows to proactively remediate software related issues.
- In depth knowledge maintaining and managing Intune policies.
- Experience with Microsoft Entra, Intune, DevOps and NexThink.
- Ability to work independently and as part of an agile team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of networking concepts and technologies, including VPN, firewalls, and load balancing.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices
#PreferredSkills
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate.
- Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop certifications (AZ-140) is a plus.
