Join our dynamic IT team at KLEFER, a leading manufacturer of elevator doors and solutions, and a proud member of the KLEEMANN Group. We are seeking a System and Network Administrator to ensure the stability, security, and efficiency of our IT infrastructure. 🖥️🔒

Scope of the Role:

You will be responsible for managing and maintaining our systems and networks, supporting daily operations, and enhancing the digital resilience of the organization.

Required Qualifications:

• University degree (AEI/TEI) in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• English proficiency (B2 level)
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience
• Strong knowledge of networking, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, FortiGate Firewalls

Key Responsibilities:

• Systems Administration: Install, configure, and maintain servers and PCs; manage data storage and backups (Veeam).
• Network Management: Implement and monitor LAN/WAN infrastructure, VLANs, and firewall policies (FortiGate).
• Security & Access: Administer Active Directory and Office 365; manage user access and security policies (e.g., MFA).
• Troubleshooting & Support: Resolve technical issues across systems, devices, and networks; assist end users.
• Disaster Recovery: Execute backup and recovery strategies to ensure data integrity and business continuity.
• Tech Stack Knowledge (Preferred): Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Epsilon/Pylon), MS SQL, and Microsoft certifications in networking/security is a plus.
