Your main purpose

Monitor network performance, availability, and alerts across the organization's sites, while performing first-line troubleshooting of connectivity, Wi‑Fi, firewall, and switching/routing issues.

Escalate and document incidents according to established NOC procedures and maintain accurate shift logs, tickets, and incident reports.

Assist with basic configuration and maintenance of network devices, access points, switches, and routers.

Support day-to-day operations of virtual machines and related infrastructure.

Monitor and troubleshoot network-related issues to ensure operational continuity across organizational sites.

Travel to Halkidiki hotel properties during the tourist season as needed.

What will you bring?

Basic knowledge of access points, firewalls, switches, and routers.

Basic understanding of virtual machines (VMs).

Very good command of the English language, written and spoken.

Strong team spirit and ability to work well within a team, with good communication skills and attention to detail.

Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment.

Comfortable working shifts, including weekends when required, and willingness to travel to Halkidiki hotels during the tourist season.
