About the Opportunity
Our client is seeking an IT Analyst to join its Information Technology team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This hands-on role is responsible for supporting end users, maintaining IT infrastructure, and ensuring business-critical systems remain available and performing at a high level.

Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, software, mobile devices, and end users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, networking, and infrastructure issues while escalating complex problems when appropriate.
- Monitor and maintain Windows servers, PCs, and local IT infrastructure.
- Support manufacturing and business applications to ensure system availability and operational efficiency.
- Assist with hardware deployments, system upgrades, and infrastructure projects.
- Help maintain system backups and participate in disaster recovery activities.
- Create and maintain documentation for IT equipment, systems, and support procedures.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and technology enhancements.
- Participate in IT projects, system implementations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with internal IT teams and third-party vendors to deliver reliable technology solutions.
- Follow established IT security, compliance, and operational standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required
- 2+ years of IT support experience.
- Experience supporting Windows desktop and server environments.
- Working knowledge of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, switches, and connectivity troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred
- Experience supporting a manufacturing environment.
- Exposure to Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or other production-related applications.
- Basic knowledge of databases and reporting tools.
- Technical certifications such as Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA, or similar.
- Experience working with continuous improvement initiatives.
